REGISTRATION FEES & SIBLING DISCOUNTS

5th Player $120
All players after the 5th are $120.


UNIFORM ORDERING AND FEES
Team Sports Apparel our uniform supplier is in the process of creating a store front, similar to how we do spirit wear.
Once the store front is open, we will post a link under the soccer tab on our website so you can order uniforms.

Uniforms will be shipped to our branding coordinator, Stephanie, and she will distribute them to the players when they arrive.

It is highly advised that you try on our sample uniforms to get the correct sizes, as uniforms are non refundable.
Uniforms will not be ordered until the rosters are finalized after registration closes.

There will be a club information meeting in May where you can try on uniforms. Or you can contact Stephanie at [email protected] to schedule a time.

11U (1) Green Jersey and (1) Black Shorts
14U (1) Green Jersey and (1) Black Shorts
19U (1) Green Jersey, (1) White Jersey, and (1) Black Shorts

You are welcome to order more pieces than listed above if you choose to do so, it helps with laundry.

JERSEY YOUTH - ADULT XL $26.75 + tax
JERSEY ADULT 2X L- 6XL $30.75 + tax

SHORTS YOUTH $33.75 + tax
SHORTS ADULT S-XL $35.50 + tax
SHORTS ADULT 2XL-4XL $40.75 + tax


TOURNAMENTS
Tournament fees are not included in the registration fees above. These will be determined and collected at a later date.


FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT CHECKOUT
Fees will be automatically adjusted at checkout to reflect discounts.


REFUND POLICY
NO REFUND REQUESTS AFTER JUNE 14
UNIFORM FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THEY ARE ORDERED

During checkout you have the opportunity to purchase cancelation insurance and injury insurance. Neither of these are required. These are being offered by Stack Sports and not through the Trailblazer Club.
Our club carries sports injury insurance for our club and players.
